Black Bean Soup

The weather has been so erratic lately that meal planning has become close to impossible.  One day it’s sunny and stifling, the next it’s gray and wet. Why don't you make Tyler Florence’s Black Bean Soup with fresh lime crema and cilantro you will be seriously impressed with yourself.  Not only does it make my entire place smell incredible, but it tastes just as good the next day, served cold.
{Washed black beans}
{Pureed garlic, onion, cilantro, jalapeno and green pepper}
{Served with homemade corn bread and lime wedges}
