My mother recently went back to work so I became the woman of the family. Basically I cook, clean, get the little man off to school,etc. Needless to say I have been stressing about what to cook for my family. A friend of the family had been talking about how good a recipe site called Simply Recipes, so naturally I went and took a look at it to get some ideas. I found a recipe called Civil War Macaroni and Cheese. So last night I decided to make it. It was so good! So I am now sharing it with you.
